Rubber moulding for bushes, mounts, pads and seals

Ishaan Industries moulds natural and synthetic rubber compounds into parts that have to take load, isolate vibration or seal an enclosure. We work from drawings and physical samples; compound and hardness are confirmed against the application at quotation, not guessed from a catalogue grade.

Compounds in regular use include natural rubber, EPDM, silicone, neoprene and nitrile (NBR). Typical programmes sit alongside our plastic injection molding work — for example a tractor seating assembly that needs both a plastic sliding bush and a rubber pad.
