This policy explains what information Ishaan Industries collects through this website and how it is used. It applies to the enquiry/RFQ form and any files you choose to upload with it.

Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, company, email, phone number, project requirements, estimated quantities, optional target delivery date, and any drawing, sample photo, or CAD file you attach. The Contact page may load an embedded map from Google to show our facility location; that service is governed by Google's privacy policy.

How we use it

We use this information solely to evaluate and respond to your manufacturing enquiry — reviewing feasibility, preparing a quote, and contacting you about your request. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

How it's stored

Enquiry details and any attached file are emailed to our team through our email delivery provider (Resend), and the website is hosted on our hosting provider (currently Netlify or Vercel, depending on the deploy). We do not keep a separate database of enquiries on this website, and uploaded files are never published. Enquiries are kept in our business inbox for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records.

This website does not use advertising cookies. If a measurement tag is enabled (Google Tag Manager, via an environment variable), it records page views and RFQ events only — it is off unless that variable is set.

The embedded map on our Contact page is provided by Google and may set cookies or collect usage data according to Google's policies when you interact with it. If a facility video is published, it is embedded from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) and is governed by Google's policies.

Your choices

You can contact us at info@ishaanindustries.in to ask what information we hold about you or to request that it be deleted.
