Content on this website — including product categories, capability descriptions, and material listings — describes the general manufacturing capability of Ishaan Industries. Specifications for any individual part are confirmed directly with our team, not assumed from this website.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry or RFQ does not create a binding order. Pricing, lead time and feasibility are confirmed separately in writing before any production commitment is made.

Intellectual property

Drawings, samples or specifications you share with us are used only to evaluate and fulfill your enquiry, and are treated as confidential to your project.

Returns — retail parts

Unused compatible retail parts may be returned in person at the Mohali plant within 7 days of purchase. Custom parts moulded to drawing or sample are made to order and are not returnable. Buyer pays return transport unless we supplied the wrong part. Return window: 7 days, in person at the plant (India). Custom moulding job work remains quote-only and is not sold as a priced catalogue item on this website.
