Start with the part, not the price
We quote from a drawing, a physical sample, an existing mould, or a functional specification. The more complete the pack, the faster we can confirm mouldability, compound and volume. A one-line “need 500 plastic bushes” is enough to start a conversation; a dimensioned drawing is enough to start engineering review.
What to send
A 2D drawing or CAD file with critical dimensions and tolerances; the target material if you know it (for example PP, ABS, Nylon, EPDM); estimated batch quantity and annual volume; any functional constraints (load, sealing, outdoor exposure, food contact); and a target delivery date if you have one. The RFQ form on our Contact page accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, STL or ZIP up to 4MB.
No drawing yet
We can work from a physical sample where a drawing is not available. Matching an exact specification is easier with a drawing alongside the sample. If you only have a used part, say so — we will tell you what we can and cannot reverse-engineer.
What happens next
We review mouldability, wall thickness and material fit before quoting. Submitting an RFQ does not create a binding order. Pricing, lead time and tooling approach are confirmed in writing. Typical reply time is a few business hours during plant hours.
Specifications on this site describe general capability. Your part is confirmed against a drawing or sample. Request a Quote or read the FAQ.
