Process

From drawing to delivery: how a job-work programme runs

The eight-step sequence Ishaan Industries uses for injection moulding and rubber moulding job work — from customer requirement through inspection and delivery.

The same order every time

Programmes move through a documented sequence: customer requirement, engineering review, material selection, mould development, sample approval, production, quality inspection, delivery. We do not skip sample sign-off to chase a date.

Engineering review before steel

We assess mouldability, tolerances and design-for-manufacture opportunities while the part is still a drawing. Wall-thickness consistency, shut-off faces and material choice are cheaper to fix on paper than in a cavity.

Sample, then production

First-off samples are produced and submitted for your sign-off. Approved tooling then moves into production runs on fully automatic injection moulding machines or semi-automatic hydraulic machines, depending on the job. Tonnage and available capacity are confirmed against the part at quotation.

Inspection is not a last-minute gate

Incoming material, in-process checks, dimensional inspection against the drawing, and a final visual/functional check happen before packing. We inspect at defined intervals through the run, not only on the first good part.

Specifications on this site describe general capability. Your part is confirmed against a drawing or sample. Request a Quote or read the FAQ.
